The product is not working. How do I get a refund?
We're truly sorry you're not happy with your purchase. As explained above, the reason we can keep prices as low as they are is because we aim to maintain zero overhead for what for a bigger company would be a sales department. It is expected that you pay only after you're satisfied. If for some reason the product doesn't work as you expected when you purchased it, we will try our utmost to fix it with your co-operation. In fact your co-operation in squashing bugs also helps keep prices low: you help us improve the product. In the unlikely event that a bug cannot be fixed in a reasonable amount of time after working with you, we will happily refund your purchase.
