Privacy Policy

Effective Date: February 24, 2026

Wooden Brain Concepts (“we,” “our,” or “us”) develops macOS applications and related software products. This Privacy Policy describes how our applications handle information.

Information Collection

Our applications do not require user accounts and do not directly collect personal information.

Depending on the app, local device data may be accessed to provide functionality. This may include:

  • Media playback information from Apple Music
  • Music library metadata and artwork (read-only access)
  • User-selected folders for media and artwork enhancement

All such access occurs locally on the user’s device.

Network Access

Certain applications may make outbound network requests to:

  • Retrieve music metadata
  • Fetch album artwork
  • Access publicly available music catalog APIs

No personally identifiable information is transmitted to Wooden Brain Concepts or any other party.

Data Storage

Application settings, cached artwork, and related data are stored locally within the app’s sandbox container on the user’s device.

We do not operate remote servers that store user data.

System Permissions

Some applications may request user authorizations to support integrated functionality. Some apps may use Apple Events to communicate with other macOS applications (such as Apple Music) or depend on being allowed access to selected files or folders.

These interactions are limited to the functionality described within the application.

Analytics & Tracking

Our applications do not include third-party advertising SDKs

If analytics or crash reporting frameworks are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Updates will be reflected by revising the Effective Date above.
